What motivates you the most right now? Protecting and growing the resources I’ve earned to create a brighter future Figuring out who I need to become to lead my family. Creating a loving, connected home where everyone thrives. Building something real that outlasts me & creates opportunities for my kids. Turning my vision into something real. Fighting through today’s battles so my kids don’t have to.

What’s your view on early retirement or stepping away from work? I can’t wait to retire, earlier the better. Retiring early isn’t the goal. Freedom to focus on legacy is. Retirement feels far off—I’m still in the fight to provide and create a starting point for my kids. The option is nice and I'm on track to, but if I can keep filling my family coffers, I will. I’ll retire for more time with family, enjoying our wealth, and guiding them closely. I’d quit a job but just to work on my own thing. I don’t want to stop working

What are you most likely to do on a weekend if given full control of your time? Reviewing budgets, researching, or planning savings moves. Contemplating long-term goals or mapping the next phase of my family’s future. Catching up on sleep, or recharging by playing a game or watching something, or scrolling on SM, thinking about how I can use my time better. Building, fixing, or working on a project, either around the home or in an income stream/business. Planning a family outing or spending one-on-one time with a child. Training, grinding, or pushing through a to-do list. Rest is earned.

What’s your relationship with money like? It’s fuel. I reinvest every dollar into building or expanding. I try to get enough to keep my family safe and comfortable. A tool for strategy. I’m planning for the next 100+ years. I’m disciplined and careful. I’d rather preserve than risk. I hustle for every cent. I haven’t quite figured it out yet.

Which of these sounds like you when you face a challenge? I try to keep everyone else taken care of, even at my own expense. I zoom out and try to find the long game solution. I get lost/escape, or the situation gets worse, then I’m fighting to get back on track. I roll up my sleeves and start creating something to conquer it. I pause and cut back to protect what I’ve already built or keep it growing. I battle through. Quitting isn’t an option.

How would others describe your strength? My ability to create something from nothing. My openness, even if I’m still figuring it out. My consistency and ability to stay grounded. My toughness and refusal to quit. My empathy and presence. My clarity of purpose and long-term thinking.

What do you wish you were better at? Following through and staying consistent. Taking more calculated risks when opportunity knocks. Delegating or stepping back from doing everything myself. Taking faster action instead of planning endlessly. Resting. I’m always on edge. Speaking hard truths and leading decisively.

What do you prioritize most in your family right now? Creating assets and opportunities my kids can inherit. Shielding my family from hardship and keeping us afloat. Instilling values and systems that last generations. Becoming someone they can respect and look up to. Ensuring security and stability for the years ahead. Raising kids who feel seen, safe, and loved.

What would bring you the most peace of mind? Seeing my kids benefit from what I’ve built. Knowing I’ve given everything I’ve got to protect and provide. Knowing my family is aligned to a clear, long-term vision we all believe in. Having a strong financial treasury and steady returns I can rely on. Having a clear path forward, making progress, and the discipline to stick to it. Watching my kids grow up in a stable, loving home guided by shared values.

How do you approach decision-making? I go with my gut and take action fast. Cautiously, and calculative. I don’t like making rash moves. I try to keep everyone’s needs in mind. I hesitate. I want to be sure, but I second-guess a lot. I just start. Most things can be fixed along the way if they go wrong. Big-picture first. I weigh long-term implications.

What kind of legacy do you want to leave behind? A legacy of strength, work ethic, and resilience. A close-knit, loving family that stays together. A solid nest egg of wealth and wisdom passed down through generations. Assets, business, land, or structure that outlives me. A family empire built on principle, strategy, and close bonds. I just want to make my kids proud and break old patterns.

What’s holding you back the most right now? Overthinking and endless planning. Avoiding conflict, hard things, discomfort, giving up habits. Fear of losing what I’ve already built. Pouring effort into projects that don’t take off, or won’t create opportunities for my kids. Bad habits, lack of direction, and no consistency. Running on fumes with no time to regroup.
